No, Quest theme park is a pay-one-price facility. We maintain the pay-one-price policy for all guests to enjoy all rides, attractions, and entertainment programs. Adults who accompany young children, depending on their heights, may need to accompany those children on certain rides & attractions due to height restrictions.

Time Portal is a "fast pass" ticket that allows you to skip long waiting lines by granting fast access to selected Quest rides and attractions (Wings of Destiny, Spike's Astro Tower, Magma Blast, Gravity Swing, Epiq Coaster).

Yes, you can visit the Guest Services Information Desk inside the park to upgrade your ticket at any time during your visit.

Children aged 3 and under can access Quest free of charge, however, they will still receive an entrance ticket. All guests need to have a ticket to be able to access Quest. Junior tickets are applicable for children between 4 and 12 years old. Adult ticket are applicable for persons who are 13 years old and above. If a customer cannot provide proof of identification for their young child, they will need to purchase a Junior ticket for them. Moreover, an older child with no proof of identification will need an Adult Ticket.

Guests who are 12 years old and younger must be accompanied by an adult (18 or older) to enter Quest theme park.

Quest Adult Ticket applies to guests who are 13 years old and above.

Annual passes are not available for purchase at the moment.

You will receive your print-at-home ticket(s) via email as a PDF attachment after purchasing on Quest website. At the Quest entrance, you have the option to scan your ticket with your home printout version or from the e-PDF.

The tickets must be used within their period of validity, which is specified on the tickets. No refunds or date changes are available after expiry.

Yes, guests will be able to leave the park and come back again on the same day.

All Quest theme park tickets are non-refundable. The ticket can be used on another day within its period of validity. Please contact 44103444 for such requests.

Guests are responsible for having their tickets with them at all times and will not be reimbursed should they lose them. Your ticket is proof that you have paid admission to the park. Each ticket has a unique barcode to be scanned at the entrance gates.

Yes, the PWD gets 50% off on the published ticket prices, and the accompanied person or caretaker will receive a complimentary ticket. This discount can be redeemed by presenting a PWD ID card upon paying the ticket(s).

Yes, the baby feeding room is located in our Clubhouse. Please ask Guest Services Information Desk or any Quest colleague for the location.

If you lose any personal property in the park, you can report this to the Guest Services Information Desk before leaving or by contacting 44103444. We will note the details of the lost property and contact you if it is found.

To go on a ride, all Guests (children and adults) must meet all height, health, size and age requirements as specified on the Rides & Attractions disclaimer sign at the entrance of every ride. Guests must also comply with all verbal and written instructions given by rides & attractions attendants, and properly use all the provided ride & attraction safety equipment.

No, for health and safety reasons pets are not allowed in the park, with the exception of service animals.

For hygiene and safety reasons, food and beverages are not allowed to be brought into the park, with the only exception of packaged baby food and formula.
